I have always heard good things about B&B, but my experience wasn't that great. I felt they were quite pushy. And it seemed more like they were trying to just throw a car at me so they could get a load off their inventory, rather than see that I was also happy with the sale. I purchased somewhere else.
We purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer from B&B yesterday. We could not have been more pleased with the customer service. There was no back and forth with the price, they gave you the best upfront compared to any car dealer in the CSRA. We dealt with Billy and he was awesome, but each and everyone of the staff we came in contact with that day were extremely nice and helpful. I happened to be in conversation about my mothers vehicle seat being damaged and not knowing who to take it to to get fixed. Not only did they give me a recommendation, they offered to take the seat to the place to get fixed. They are not just trying to sell a vehicle, they are building friendships. They are the leader in return customers for a reason. If your in the market for a vehicle give B&B Ford a chance to get you in a vehicle. I said I would never own a Ford. I guess the moral to the story is never say never!

I purchased a used pickup from B&B in December 2017. At the time of purchase, the dealer agreed to transfer an existing extended warranty and to mail all maintenance records. (They had serviced the vehicle for years before buying it from the previous owner.) I had to follow up with 2 phone calls to get this resolved. After leaving an initial review, the owner contacted me to assure me that he would follow through with what was agreed upon in the initial deal. Based on his word and the other reviews I've seen here, I believe that B&B can be trusted to do their customers right.
I just got a new Ford Explorer and I love it! Awesome customer service! Billy sold me the car and he has even ordered me floor mats and set up an appointment to get my windows tented and he got all my insurance switch over also! I highly recommend B&B!
