This is all bull. It probably mostly the result of narrow-minded opinions of the owners of the facility, propagated by sterotypes and a general "build the wall" attitude.
Don't pay attention to the other reviews. I mean, I'm certainly not giving this 5 stars, but it is a solid 3.
If you ask most Barwellites about this place, they will tell you that they were caught cooking cat meat, and that you should avoid it. They will also complain that someone was shot there, and it is bad luck.
The food can be hit or miss, but you can at least guarantee that you will get a huge portion of any kind of fried rice you want. They also have some pretty slamming fried chicken wings.
Honestly, if you go to a Chinese Food place looking for environment and immaculately clean pews with fresh paint...you may just not appreciate the minutia of a good hole-in-the-wall Chinese Food place.
